摘 要:目的考证白茅根的历代炮制情况。方法查阅从汉代至今的本草和医学文献,进行归纳整理。结果白茅根的炮制始载于《备急千金要方》,要求"细切",至今均要求"净制"。其炮制方法多样,以炙(炒)者居多。结论白茅根古今均有炮制要求。Objective To ascertain the historical changes of preparation method of Rhizoma Imperatae in different periods. Methods To consult and classify the documents of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs from Han Dynasty to now. Results The report of requesting processing of Rhizoma Imperatae with chopping was first found in Precious Essential Formulary for Emergency, until now Rhizoma Imperatae requests purifying processing. The processing methods of Rhizoma Imperatae are multiple, but stir-baking is in the majority. Conclusion Rhizoma Imperatae reguires processing for application in both ancient and modern times.
