陕西城市社会体育指导员现状调查及发展对策

摘　　要：对陕西5个城市社会体育指导员的现状进行调查研究,结果表明:陕西城市社会体育指导员的年龄结构不合理,锻炼率和指导率不高,指导项目主要为球类、操舞类、武术类。通过分析影响指导的主要因素,据此提出了若干发展对策。Use of literature, questionnaire survey and statistics, etc, conduct the investigation and study to the Shanxi five city society sports political instructor＇s present situation,the findings：Shaanxi city social sports instructors of the age structure is irrational,age and level, gender and level is disproportion, training and guidance rate was not high, each time training and guidance is shorter, less guidance places, guiding mainly for ball games, dance class gymnastics, martial arts category, unpaid, organization and management institutions are imperfect, working busy, no time and energy are the main factors guiding influence, and, according this made a number of development strategy.
