影响高校学报竞争力的因素及对策分析

摘　　要：高校学报竞争力偏低的因素主要是特色、个性栏目不鲜明;出版周期较其他刊物长,影响信息传播速度;稿源渠道狭窄,高质量论文不足;通过外审时间较长,影响竞争力。提高高校学报竞争力的有效途径:不断创新,继续增强刊物特色;提高编辑素质,严把稿件质量关;加大学报对外宣传力度,提高学报知名度;建立激励机制,吸引高水平的学术论文;加强高素质作者队伍建设,确保稿源质量。The main factors leading to the lower competitiveness of academic journals of higher education institutions are the inspicuousness of features and individualistic columns, the transmission speed limitation due to the publishing cycle＇s being extended longer than other magazines, the inadequacy of high quality papers due to the narrow supply channel of paper source, and the lower competitiveness due to the relatively longer period of outside assessment. The effective approaches to the improvement of the competitiveness of academic journals of higher education institutions are the incessant innovation for the continuing anhancement of the journal＇s features, the quality control procedure tightened through improving editor＇s qualities, the raising of the fame of academic journals by means of intensifying the publicity magnitude of academic journals of higher education institutions, the absorption of high level academic papers by establishing an encouragement mechanism, and the gurarantee of paper source quality by means of reinforcing high quality author team construction.
