摘　　要：目的：探讨新生儿肺透明膜病对患儿远期的影响。方法：把49例通过机械通气和（或）肺表面活性物质治疗后痊愈肺透明膜病患儿列为观察组与49例一般早产儿（无严重的呼吸系统疾病及心脏疾病）组成的对照组进行远期追踪胸片观察及肺功能测定。结果：PHMD组胸片显示异常（肺纹理增强、模糊、紊乱，肺内见斑点、斑片状阴影等）和肺功能残气量异常均高于对照组。结论：肺透明膜病患儿的诊断率及治愈率不断提高，近期效果亦令人满意，但是由于他们先天发育欠佳，所以在幼年时期呼吸道疾病发生率高于一般早产儿，肺功能也较一般早产儿要差。因此对这些患儿要加强护理，进行肺功能训练，预防呼吸道感染，对于他们的健康成长是很重要的。Objective：Investigating the long - dated effect of newborn baby hyaline membrane disease on children health. Methods：To estimate the effect of hyaline membrane disease on children health ,we contrastively carry on the long- dated tracing sternum observation and the pulmonary function determination between the group of patient children with hyaline membrane disease（49 convalesced sickness baby using the treatment of machinery ventilation and/or lung surface - active substance） and control group of 49 common premature infants without serious heart ＆ respiratory illness. Results： The incidence rates of both abnormal sternum （ lung markings enhancement, fuzzy, disorder and observed spot, spot piece shape shadow etc in lung）and the pulmonary function residual volume abnormality in PHMD group are higher than the control group. Condusion：The hyaline membrane disease baby＇s diagnosis rate and the cure rate enhance unceasingly while short - term healing efficacy is also satisfying. However, because their congenital growth is unsatisfactory, they got higher incidence of respiratory tract illness than the common premature infant in the childhood time;the pulmonary function is generally not as good as common premature infant either. Therefore, we should take the following important measures to protect their healthy development, such as strengthening nurse to these babies, carrying on the pulmonary functional training and preventing the respiratory infections.
