奥沙利铂联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌不良反应的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：观察奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌的不良反应，并针对其不良反应探讨合适的护理。方法：对38例晚期大肠癌患者治疗4个周期后进行观察和分析，并采取护理干预。结果：38例接受化疗的晚期大肠癌患者，CR4例，PR10例，SD17例，PD7例，总有效率36．8％。主要不良反应为周围神经炎、恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、口腔黏膜炎症和腹泻等。结论：奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌疗效满意，不良反应轻，采取相应的预防措施和综合性的护理，是化疗顺利完成的重要保证。Objective：To observe the adverse effects of combination chemotherapy to advanced colon cancer with oxaliplatin, fluorouracil and calcium folinate, and to explore the suitable attendance. Methods：To observe and analyze the curative effects and adverse effects after 4 cycles treatment in 38 patients with advanced colon cancer, then took attendance intervention. Results：Total response is 36. 8% in 38 patients, and CR 4, PR 10, SD 17, PD 7. The major adverse effects were peripheral neuritis, nausea vomitting, myelosuppression, cavitas otis membranitis and alvine flux. Conclusion ：The curative effect of combination chemotherapy to advanced colon cancer with oxaliplatin, fluorouracil and calcium folinate is satisfication and the adverse effects is low. To take adapted preventive measures and system attendance assure to complete successfully combination chemotherapy.
