老年腰椎间盘突出症的特点及手术治疗

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点、手术方式、疗效。方法：对1996年1月～2007年1月手术治疗的98例老年腰突症患者进行随访及回顾性总结。结果：98例经6月～8年随访，优良者77例，优良率78．6％。发现老年腰突症者合并腰椎管狭窄率高达82．5％。结论：手术方式既要遵循有限减压的手术原则，又要达到减压目的，术中必须同时适度扩大椎管，尤其是神经根通道。Objective：To research clinical characteristics and surgical of method of Senile Lumbar Disc Herniation（SLDH） of patients who are over 60 years old. Methods：98 cases SLDH ,been surgical treated during January 1996 to January 2007 ,have been followed up and retrospective resuits have been summarized. Results ：98 cases have been followed - up 6 months to 8.5 years, the results showed that：77 cases are excellent, the fine rate is up to 78.6%. The rate of SLDH with lumbar spinal canal stenosis is up to 82. 5%. Conclusion：Surglcal method must follow the rule of limiting decompression, but reached the effect of decompression. The spinal canal must be adequately expanded, especialy the nerval root passage during the operation.
