试条法快速诊断恶性疟的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨试条法检测恶性疟患者血液中富组氨酸蛋白 快速诊断恶性疟在海南疟区现场的诊断价值。方法 :用试条法检测 66例发热病人血样 ,将结果同血涂片镜检法进行比较。结果 :试条法检出恶性疟 (包括混合感染 )的敏感度和特异度分别为 85.7%和 95.6% ,两种检测法的符合率为 92 .4 % ;用试条法检测 2 0例间日疟患者血样无交叉反应。结论 :试条法诊断恶性疟快速方便 ,能诊断早期恶性疟患者。AIM:To explore the practical value of dipstick method for the diagnosis of falciparum malaria by detecting histidine- rich protein in blood with a dipstick.METHOD:Blood sam- ples collected from 6 6 febrile cases in outpatient department in malaria endemic areas in Hainan Province were detected by dipstick method and microscopy.The examination results of the two methods were compared.RESULTS:The sensitivity and specificity of dipstick method were85 .7% and95 .6 % ,and the positive and negative predictive values were90 .0 % and 93.5 % respectively;The coincidence rate with microscopy was 92 .4% .None of the 2 0 samples of vivax malaria showed cross reaction.CONCL USION:It is a very convienent and rapid diagnostic method for early treatment and effective prevention of falciparum malaria in malaria endemic areas.
