区级社区卫生服务系统绩效评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：目的建立一套适宜评价区级层面的社区卫生服务系统绩效的指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法对备选指标进行筛选,并确定指标的权重。结果经过两轮专家咨询共确定评价指标46项,其中一级指标3项,二级指标8项,三级指标35项;协调分数为0.271、0.328,P值均小于0.05,评价结果可取。结论本指标体系的建立充分考虑当前社区卫生服务发展新方向,是全方位评价指标体系,适用于评价区级层面社区卫生服务系统绩效。OBJECTIVE To propose a performance evaluation index in the community health service system at district level. METHODS The evaluation indexes were selected by Delphi method, and the weights of the indexes were confirmed. RESULT 46 evaluation indexes were confirmed by twice specialist consultation, among them there are 3 first grade indexes, 8 second grade indexes, 35 third grade indexes. The coordination coefficient of the specialists of importance of the total index are 0.271 and 0.328. The value of P is less than 0.05 by Chi-square test. CONCLUSION The index was designed based on the practical of CHS. It was an Omni directional performance evaluation index.
