兰州市城关区中小学生视力不良、沙眼和龋齿患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解兰州市中小学生近视、沙眼和龋齿的患病情况,为更好地指导学校卫生工作和中小学常见病防治提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《中国学校卫生情况年报表填报说明及技术规范》的要求,对2005年兰州市城关区11所中学、40所小学共36320名学生进行了儿童常见病包括视力不良、沙眼、龋齿阳性体征调查分析。结果2005年兰州市城关区中小学生视力不良检出率为32.40%,沙眼患病率为13.98%,龋齿患病率为7.53%。结论兰州市中小学生常见病患病情况不容乐观,应采取积极有效的措施加强中小学生常见病的防治。OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence status of some common diseases including poor visual sight, trachoma and dental caries of 7-15 Years-old Children and Teenagers in Lanzhou and provide the scientific evidence for the prevention and health care in middle and primary schools. METHODS Use of whole sampling method to investigate the prevalence status of some common diseases of the students studying at 51 schools in 2005 （11 of junior middle school, 40 of primary school） in Chengguan District. A physical examination was conducted according to the protocol and diagnosis standards that were prescribed by ＂The criterion for the annual report forms about the school hygienic status＂. Results were statistically analysed. Some common diseases including poor visual sight, trachoma and dental caries were epidemiologically surveyed. RESULTS The results showed that incidence rate of poor visual sight is 32.40%, the trachoma rate ,is 13.98% and the caries rate is 7.53% in 2005. CONCLUSIONS Common diseases including poor visual sight, trachoma and dental caries are still a main public health problem. Some effective preventive measure ments should be implemented such as health education and preventive and control plan.
