摘　　要：报告1例冻疮样狼疮型皮肤结节病。患者女,52岁。2年前患者无明显诱因右耳垂出现一红色小结节,伴瘙痒,结节渐增大,轻微肿胀,微痒。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内数个上皮样细胞组成的结节和团块,其内可见巨细胞,团块周围密集分布以淋巴细胞为主的炎性细胞,亦可见巨细胞,真皮内毛细血管、淋巴管扩张明显。诊断:冻疮样狼疮型皮肤结节病。A case of lupus pernio is reported. A 52-year-old female presented with a 2-year history of a nodular lesion on her right ear lobe, which enlarged gradually and accompanied with slight pruritus. Histopathological examination demonstrated sarcoidal granulomatous infiltration in the dennis. Lupus pemio was diagnosed on the basis of clinical and histopathology findings.
