摘  要:用免疫组织化学ABC法研究正常大鼠延髓网状背侧亚核(SRD)内的μ阿片肽受体(MOR)、L-ENK和M-ENK阳性结构的分布。结果显示:(1)该核内有较丰富的MOR阳性胞体和树突样结构分布;(2)SRD内L-ENK阳性胞体的分布密度为中等,主要由中小型的神经元构成,并见有较多的L-ENK阳性终末;(3)SRD内M-ENK阳性终末的分布很密集,偶见少量胞体。上述结果说明和ENK在该核内的分布是相互匹配的,提示SRD是内源性阿片肽的作用靶区。另对SRD神经元内上述物质的功能和意义进行讨论。The immunohistochemical method was used in the present study to localize the μ-opioid receptor (MOR), L-ENK and M- ENK in the rat subnucleus reticularis dorsalis (SRD). The results as follows: (1) More MOR like immunoreactive (LI) cell bodies and dendrites were fonud in SRD. (2) A moderate density of L-ENK- LI somata and terminals were detected in SRD.(3) A large number of M-ENK-LI terminals were observed. Occasionally, sparse M-ENK-LI cell body were seen in SRD. The results indicat that the MOR-LI positive neurons and ENK-LI positive terminals had an overlapping distribution.It suggested that SRDneurons is one of the targets for the action of the endogenous opioid in the brain. The functional significance of those substance in SRD was also discussed.
