苏北地区城镇人口心脑血管疾病主要危险因素的流行病学研究

摘　　要：目的:研究城市市区成人高血压、高血脂和高血糖的发病率及其与心脏异常的关系。方法:归纳本中心2001～2007年4月本市区不同职业成人17515例体检资料,分析高血压、高血脂、高血糖的检出率与性别、年龄、职业的关系和与左心室肥大和(或)心肌缺血二项心电图异常检出率的关系。结果:17515人检出高血压2765例(检出率为15.79%),高血脂症2251例(检出率为12.85%),高血糖症1902例(检出率为10.86%),心脏异常577例(检出率为3.29%)。各疾病与性别、年龄、职业密切相关,心脏异常的检出率又与合并高血压、高血脂、高血糖的多少与性质密切相关。结论:本市区成人体检高血压、高血脂和高血糖的检出率有地域特点,这些特点对我市进一步防治心脑血管疾病有重要参考价值。Objective： To analyze the incidence of hypetension, hyperglymia and hyperlipemia and their relation with heart abnormity in city cantonal. Methods：To induce 17 515 adult physical exam materials that were collected by our Physica Examination Center from 2001 to April 2007 in LianYunGang cantonal, and analyze the detectable ratios of hypetension, hyperglymia and hyperlipemia and their relation with the detectable ratios of gender, age, occupation and heart abnormity. Results：We found that hypetension was 2765 cases （ detectable ratio ： 15.79% ）,hyperglymia 1902 cases （detectable ratio： 10.86% ） ,hyperlipemia 2251 cases （ detectable ratio： 12.85 % ） and heart abnormity 577 cases （ detectable ratio： 3.29% ）in 17 515 cases physical exam population. These diseases were significance related with gender, age, occupation, and the detectable ratio of heart abnormity were significance related with the amount and the quality associated with these risk factors. Conclusion ：There is some zone particularity in these investigated data, which maybe of important referenced value to direct prevent and treat vascular diseases in our city.
