摘　　要：活塞销是内燃机的重要零件,采用温挤压工艺加工。介绍了加工工艺流程,分析了不同温度时压力变化的情况,并据此设计出了成形模具。经实际生产证明,所做的工艺理论分析正确可行,模具设计合理,为此类零件生产提供了参考。The piston pin processed in the warm extrusion craft is the important component of internal combustion engine.The technical process has been introduced.By analyzing the changes of pressure under different temperature,the forming die has been designed.The practice proves that the craft theoretical analysis is feasible and the mold design is reasonable, which has provided the reference for this kind of components production.
