摘  要:结合刚(粘)塑性流动理论,建立了刚(粘)塑性无网格伽辽金方法,开发了金属塑性成形过程无网格方法分析程序,对外径、内径和高度比值为4:2:1的典型圆环件镦粗过程进行了数值模拟研究。分析了外部摩擦条件对圆环镦粗工艺的影响,阐述了在不同摩擦因子下金属的流动规律;解释了鼓形产生的原因;比较了摩擦因子对圆环工件截面径向速度大小及方向的影响;说明了分流面产生的原因及形状;研究了摩擦条件对圆环工件尺寸及形状的影响;并分析了摩擦因子对圆环工件内部等效应变的影响,从而对不同摩擦因子下等效应变场分布均匀性情况及分布规律获得了新的认识。By combining element free Galerkin (EFG) method with the flow formulation for rigid-plastic/viscoplastic materials,a rigid-plastic/viscoplastic meshless Galerkin (EFG) method has been established, and the meshless simulation procedure for the metal forming processes has been developed.The frictional effects on the ring compression process have been studied by using EFG method, and the ring specimen simulated has a typical initial geometry size that the ratio of the initial external diameter to internal diameter to height is 4:2:1. The metal flow rules under different friction factors have been introduced and the explanations of the causes for the appearing of bulge have been given.The changes of radial velocity magnitudes and directions in the cross-section under different friction factors have been described and the reasons for the appearance of neutral plane have been illustrated.The shapes of the neutral plane have been given; the geometry and size changes of the workpiece caused by different frictional factors have been studied.Moreover, analysis of frictional effect on the effective strain of the ring workpiece has been done, and the distributions of the effective strain under different friction conditions have been gained.
