摘  要:目的:研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清线粒体偶联因子-6(CF6)含量在冠状动脉循环中的变化。方法:用放免方法分别测定AMI患者与对照组冠状静脉窦、冠状动脉与外周血清中CF6浓度。结果:AMI患者冠状静脉窦、冠状动脉、外周静脉血清中CF6浓度较对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),AMI患者冠状静脉窦血清CF6较冠状动脉血清CF6明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:AMI患者外周静脉、冠状动脉和冠状静脉窦血清CF6浓度明显增高,以冠状静脉窦血清CF6升高最明显。Objective:To investigate the levels of mitochondrial coupling factor 6(CF6) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and the changes after coronary circulation, Method: The 60 patients with AMI were studied and 30 patients excluding coronary heart disease (control) were studied, Blood samples were collected during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) from coronary sinus (CS), coronary artery(CA) and peripheral circulation, and the concentrations of CF6 were measured respectively, Result: The concentration of CF6 in patients with AMI increase significantly in coronary sinus, coronary artery and peripheral circulation than the control groups(P〈0.01), The concentration of CF6 in coronary sinus were higher than coronary artery circulation (P〈0.01). Conclusion:CF6 was detected in coronary circulation and may be involved in the process of pathophysiology in patients with AMI.
