摘  要:通过固溶态Cu-0.37Cr-0.18Zr-0.04Si合金在450℃时效时电导率的变化规律,计算时效过程中析出相的转变比率,并确定了450℃时效时合金时效析出相转变比率与时效时间的关系以及电导率随时效时间变化的一元方程,在此基础上绘制了450℃时效时体积分数与等温时间之间关系的相变动力学"S"曲线。同时用固态热分解反应机理的微分方程探讨了合金的时效转变机制。The variational rule of the electrical conductivity of Cu-0.37Cr-0.18Zr-0.04Si alloy aged at 450 ℃ was studied, the ratio of precipitation phase transformation was calculated. The experience equation (the ratio of precipitation phase transformation vs aging time) and the simple equation (conductivity vs aging time) were obtained. Based on the investigation, the phase transformation dynamics "S" curve between volume fraction and isothermal time was drawn. At the same time, the aging transition mechanism of the alloy was studied through differential equation of solid state heat decomposition reaction mechanism.
