摘  要:目的:研究诱导型一氧化氮合酶抑制剂S-甲基异硫脲(S-methylisothiourea,SMT)在大鼠颈椎间盘退变中的作用。方法:选取8月龄雌性SD大鼠45只,随机分为实验组、实验对照组和正常对照组,实验组和实验对照组分别造颈椎静动力平衡失调模型,实验组腹腔注射SMT。3个月后光镜下观察椎间盘形态,测定蛋白多糖含量及椎间盘细胞凋亡率,并比较。结果:实验对照组的椎间盘细胞凋亡率和蛋白多糖减少量高于实验组和正常对照组,差异显著;实验组凋亡率和蛋白多糖减少量高于正常对照组,差异有显著性。结论:SMT在延缓椎间盘细胞的退变过程中有一定作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of enzyme inhibitor of inducible nitric oxide synthase S-methylisothiourea(SMT) in cervical intervertebral disc cataplasia of rats. Methods: Forty-five SD rats were divided equally into SMT group, cervical intervertebral disc cataplasia model group and normal control group. Three months later, the morphologic changes of intervertebral disc were observed to determine the proteoglycan contents and the apoptosis rate of the intervertebral disc cells. Results: The proteoglycan decrement and the apoptosis rate of the intervertebral disc cells of the SMT group were higher than that of control group and lower than that of model group. Conclusion: SMT could delay the cell cataplasia of the intervertebral disc.
