CO-CHD 抗早孕作用的实验研究

摘　　要：为研究复方中药（ＣＯ－ＣＨＤ）的抗早孕作用，给金黄地鼠灌服ＣＯ－ＣＨＤ１０．５ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ），每天２次，连续３天。结果：（１）受精后第４天给予ＣＯ－ＣＨＤ抗早孕率可达１００％；停药后１０天生育力恢复正常。（２）通过亲和细胞化学技术和形态学观察发现，子宫内膜上皮细胞发生明显变化；上皮细胞表面的ＣｏｎＡ、ＰＮＡ、ＵＥＡ凝集素受体增多。（３）１２５Ｉ放射免疫测定显示血清激素浓度与对照组相比差异无显著性，Ｐ＞０．０５。（４）连续喂食ＣＯ－ＣＨＤ１及６个月后，病理组织学检查均未见异常；微核细胞及微核率与对照组相比差异无显著性，Ｐ＞０．０５。提示（１）ＣＯ－ＣＨＤ具有明显的抑制胚胎早期发育的作用，该作用与对机体的生殖内分泌系统无影响。（２）ＣＯ－ＣＨＤ对动物无毒性作用，其抗早孕作用呈可逆性。The mated female hamster were given the compound Chinese drug.(COCHD)orally in dose of 10.5g body wight on 4th day of gestation that showed the roles of antiearly pregnant.The disappearance of the epithelial cilia and the increase of the mitochondria and ribosome of endometrium can be seen in electron microscope.The sections were stained with ConA,PNA,UEN.There lectins were as probes to explore the lectin receptors on the endometrium.The results showed that the staining intensity for the lectins in experimental group was significantly higher than that of the controls.During whole experiment suggests that COCHD has no poison on animals and has no chromosomemutation by the micronulearsexperiment.On the 8th day fertility of the treated hamsters were recoved.
