摘　　要：采用手糊工艺制得了一种新型夜光玻璃钢安全帽壳,并对帽壳的结构、树脂液的配方、工艺过程及产品性能进行了讨论。生产的玻璃钢安全帽壳制成安全帽后其性能达到国家标准GB2811—2007要求,特别是其夜光性能提高了其在暗处及夜晚使用的安全性。A new kind of luminous GRP helmet shell was made by means of hand lay-up moulding. The structure, formulation of resin liquid, producing technology and properties of the product were discussed. The properties of helmet made of the shell got up to the GB2811-07 of the national standard, especially its luminous property upgraded the safety in the dark and evening.
