摘  要:研究了LD Bar侧面半环形直接泵浦Nd∶YAG激光增益介质的泵浦光分布特点。建立了不同泵浦参数下棒状增益介质内的泵浦光能量分布数值模型,通过光线追迹方法,并利用Matlab软件进行了数值模拟计算,分析了几个泵浦参数对泵浦光分布的影响,总结了一般的影响规律,分析了产生差异的原因,提出了选取泵浦参数时需注意的问题。可为激光二极管环绕泵浦固体激光器的泵浦结构设计提供理论上的指导。The character of the pumping light distribution in Nd: YAG rod gain medium direct side-pumped by diode bars with half-ring form are studied in this paper. An analytical solution to the radical distribution of the pump light in the rod gain medium is provided based on the different parameters. Through the method of ray trace the simulated numerical calculation and the variation laws are made with the software Matlab ,the influence to the distribution of pumping light is analyzed with the parameters of the pumping-structure and shows the laws of the influence, then analyses the reason why the difference occurs, and in the end the principle about how to take those parameters have been suggested. The theory can offer reference to design the solid state laser rods side-pumped by laser diode.
