摘  要:由于设计施工质量的问题,莱钢1 880 m3高炉投产后设备故障频繁,经常引起慢风、休风,严重影响了高炉稳定顺行。通过技术攻关,加固送风设施,改善开口装置,对关键设备进行技术改造,保证了设备正常运行,设备休风率降为零,高炉利用系数达到2.68 t(/m3.d),炉前设备年降低成本80~100万元。Because much problems existed in designing and construction, Laiwu Steel 1 880 m^3 BF often appeared equipment trouble since startup, reducing-wind and blow-down regularly happened, which seriously affected normal production. Through technical reconstruction for example, reinforcing air supply equipment and improving tapping machine, transforming the key equipment. Then that assuring the equipment normal work, equipment blow-down percentage reached zero, productivity achieved 2.68 t/(m^3· d), economic effectiveness only furnace front reduced 8 - 10 hundred thousand Yuan every year.
