老年人跌倒的危险因素分析及护理干预

摘　　要：目的通过对老年人跌倒危险因素的调查分析,制定相应的预防护理对策。方法随机选取年龄≥65岁的城市社区的老年人进行调查,采用面对面询问方式调查老年人在1年内跌倒的相关因素并进行跌倒危险因素分析。结果老年人跌倒发生率为18.7%,经多因素Logistic回归分析显示跌倒的危险因素有脑梗死、体位性低血压、痴呆症、年龄、跌倒恐惧及服用多种药物等。结论老年人跌倒发生率高,多种危险因素共同作用导致老年人跌倒。对老年人存在的各种危险因素进行评估,采取相应的综合干预措施,可以有效预防老年人跌倒。Objective To study the risk factors for falls in the aged and to take the corresponding nursing intervention..Methods A study was conducted in city community. People aged 65 years or more were randomly chosen and data on falls within the past 12 months and falls-related risk factors were collected by face-to-face interview. Results The overall incidence of falls was 18.7%, Risk factors for falls in the aged included cerebral infarction, postural hypertension, dementia, ageing, fear of falls, and taking drugs etc by multivariate logistic regression analyses. Conclusion Incidence of falls in the aged is high and the result is caused by multiple risk factors, which suggests that nursing intervention should be targeting on risk factors multifacetly to avoid the occurrence of the falls in the aged.
