荆芥属大花荆芥(Nepeta sibirica)的染色体数目及核型分析

摘　　要：采取常规根尖压片法对横断山区唇形科(Lamiaceae)荆芥属(Nepeta)的大花荆芥(N.sibiri-ca)进行了染色体数目统计及核型分析,首次报道了大花荆芥的染色体数目及核型。结果表明:大花荆芥染色体数目为2n=18,染色体核型公式为2n=2x=18=18m,,没有臂比大于2的染色体,染色体长度比为1.70,属1A核型。本研究为进一步探讨荆芥属的系统关系提供了细胞学资料。Chromosome numbers and karyotype of Nepeta sibirica from Hengduan mountains was studied in this paper. The results showed that the chromosome numbers are 2n = 15, an the karyotype formulas is 2n = 2x = 15 = 18m. The proportion of chromosomes with arm ratio 〉 2 is none. The ratio of chromosome length （Length largest/Smallest） is 1.70, which belongs to 1A tape karyotype. This researches provided the cytological information for further understanding the phylogeny of Nepeta.
