摘　　要：目的探讨Th1／Th2细胞因子网络在强直性脊柱炎（As）中的变化及其意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法测定As患者血清和关节液Th1／Th2型细胞因子TNF—α、IL-17、IL-10和IL-4的水平，并与正常对照组比较。结果AS患者血清TNF—α、IL-17和IL-10水平均显著高于正常对照组，IL-4的水平显著低于正常对照组；AS患者关节液TNF—α、IL-17和IL-4的水平显著高于血清水平。结论AS患者血清Th1／Th2型细胞因子表达存在异常，为Th1优势型。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of Th1/Th2 cytokines in ankylosing spondylitis（ AS）. Methods Serum and synovial fluid levels of TNF-α,IL-17,IL-10 and IL-4 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） in AS cases. Results The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-17 and IL-10 were significantly higher,while the serum level of IL-4 was significantly lower in AS group than in normal group. The levels of TNF-α,IL-17 and IL-4 in synovial fluid were significantly higher than in serum. Conclusion Disequilibrium exists in Th1/Th2 cytokine network of AS,and there is a strong predominance of TH1.
