摘 要:合成了3种三嗪酰基类抗磨添加剂:ZDION,ZOO和ZOS,并用四球机考察了它们作为单剂及其与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)复配后在矿物油基础油中的抗磨损性能。结果显示:在较低负荷(<392N)下,1.5%ZOO基础油样中试样的抗磨性能与含1.5%ZDDP基础油样的都相当,在较高负荷(≥392N)下,ZOO的抗磨性能比ZDDP稍好;ZOS与ZDION的抗磨性能不及ZDDP。3种合成添加剂分别与ZDDP复配后,其抗磨性能比各单剂及ZDDP均优异。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨斑的表面形貌进行了分析。Three kinds of triazine acyl derivatives were synthesized.The antiwear behavior of the synthetic derivatives and their mixtures with zinc dialkyldithiophosphate(ZDDP)as additives in mineral oil was evaluated using a four-ball machine.The morphology of the wear scar was observed using a scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results indicated that at a low load(<392 N),the base oil containing 1.5% ZOO showed similar antiwear performance as that containing 1.5% ZDDP.However,at a higher load(≥392 N),ZOO possessed better antiwear performance than ZDDP,while ZOS and ZNION had poorer antiwear ability than ZDDP at all the tested loads.Moreover,all combinations of the synthesized additives with ZDDP showed improved antiwear performance as compared to each individual additive.
