摘  要:利用着色电位-时间曲线,研究了着色液中主要杂质离子(Cr3+,Fe3+,Ni2+)浓度对不锈钢着色效果的影响并讨论了着色液老化的主要原因。试验发现:当着色液中Cr3+由0g/L增加到45g/L,Fe3+由0g/L增加到30g/L,Ni2+由0g/L增加到8g/L时,分别使着色起色电位升高约35.0,6.5,7.0mV;着色时间延长约20,10,12min;着色膜光亮度降低约10.0%,1.5%,20.0%。研究表明:着色液中杂质离子浓度的增大对不锈钢着色效果有显著影响,是导致着色液老化的主要原因;其中,ρ(Cr3+)影响最大,ρ(Ni2+)次之,ρ(Fe3+)相对较小;且当ρ(Cr3+)增加到45g/L,或ρ(Fe3+)增加到30g/L,或ρ(Ni2+)增加到8g/L时,着色液均不再适合继续着色。The effects of main foreign ions(Cr3+,Fe3+ and Ni2+)on coloring of stainless steel were investigated based on coloring potential-time curve,and the main reasons leading to aging of the coloring liquid were explored.It was found that when the concentrations of Cr3+,Fe3+ and Ni2+ in the coloring liquid increased from 0 g/L to 45 g/L,30 g/L and 8 g/L,respectively,the initial coloring potential was increased by about 35 mV,6.5 mV and 7 mV correspondingly,the coloring time was prolonged by 20 min,10 min and 12 min,and the luster of the colored film was decreased by 10%,1.5% and 20%.Moreover,the increase of the concentration of Cr3+,Fe3+,and Ni2+ in the coloring liquid had significant influence on the coloring effects,which was the main reason leading to aging of the coloring liquid as well.Among the foreign ions,Cr3+ had the most significant effect,followed by Ni2+,and Fe3+ had relatively the least effect.When the concentration of Cr3+,Fe3+,and Ni2+ in the coloring liquid exceeded 45 g/L,30 g/L,and 8 g/L,the coloring liquid would fail.
