摘  要:紧固件热浸镀锌往往存在锌瘤,旋合性能较差、拉力载荷低,影响装配,一般螺母镀后需进行机械加工。探讨了粉末渗锌工艺及其渗锌效果,结果表明,紧固件在粉末渗锌后螺纹部位无锌瘤,而且旋合良好,渗锌层比热浸镀锌镀层均匀,钝化后的渗层表面质量接近电镀锌。本工艺一次投资较少,综合效益好。Noting that zinc bulks are commonly seen on hot-dip galvanizing fasteners,which gives rise to the difficulty of assembly of the equipments at screw threads and might involve the problems such as post machining,poor closing performance and low drawing load,a process for zinc-permeation of powders was established.The efficacy of the zinc-permeation process was explored.It was found that no zinc bulks were formed at the screw threads of the fasteners after zinc-powder-permeation.The resulting fasteners were easily opened and closed,while the zinc-permeation layer was more uniform than hot-dip galvanizing layer.Moreover,the permeated surface after passivation had quality similar to that of electroplated Zn coating,and the process was characterized by low initial investment and good comprehensive benefits.
