摘　　要：分析2008年罕见冰灾对电力通信网和信息系统的影响,反思了电力通信网和信息系统抗灾能力存在的不足,提出从规划修编、应急机制、技术构架、运行管理、科技提升、动态跟踪等方面必须采取的对策,为今后提高电力信息通信专业应对自然灾害的能力提供参考。Based on the damage in power information and communication network caused by snowstorm in early 2008, this paper analyzes the anti-disaster capability in power information and communication network. It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on planning mending, emergency mechanism, technical structure, operation management as well as technology upgrading. It has reference value for future anti-disaster work.
