摘　　要：2008年初的严重冰灾,使OPGW受到了远超过设计气象条件的覆冰荷载,文章按光纤寿命理论、虎克定律、悬链线状态方程等计算,得出了在不同张力下的光纤预期寿命和光缆在不同工况下的伸长量、张力和弧垂。用B-OTDR对部分过冰载OPGW进行检测,结果表明部分光缆在冰灾中已严重受损,建议根据实际冰载对具体光缆进行检测并进行机械特性验算。Based on fiber lifetime theory, Hooke＇s Law and catenary equation of cable, this paper introduces the calculating methods and results both on optical fiber lifetime under different tensions and elongation, sag and tension of OPGW cable under different load conditions. It discusses the test done by B-OTDR on strains of some ice overloaded OPGW cables, which shows that some parts of OPGW cables were severely impaired during the heavy snow disaster in the beginning of 2008. Some suggestions of measurement and mechanical characteristics calculation on ice overloading cables are also made in the paper.
