摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合法制备了一种聚丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂,研究了软硬单体比例、功能单体比例、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量等对乳液胶粘剂剥离强度的影响。结果表明,最佳的聚合工艺是:软硬单体比例为1.5、功能单体占单体总量的4%、乳化剂用量为单体总量的3%、引发剂用量为单体总量的0.6%。将得到的乳液胶粘剂用于镀铝膜复合,剥离强度能够达到1.5 N/15 mm左右,可以满足实际使用要求。By seed emulsion polymerization, a kind of waterborne acrylic emulsion adhesive was prepared. Effects of soft/hard monomer ratio, functional monomer ratio, emulsifier amount and initiator amount on peeling strength of the adhesive were studied. The results showed that the best polymerization condition is as follows:the soft/hard mon- omer weight ratio is 1.5, the functional monomer amount is 4% by total monomer weight, the emulsifier amount is 3% by total monomer weight and the initiator amount is 0.6% by total monomer weight. The adhesive was applied in the lamination of vacuum metallized film by dry-type lamination. Final peeling strength can come to about 1.5 N/ 15mm. This is very satisfied with factual application need.
