摘 要:制备了室温固化双组分聚硫橡胶增韧环氧树脂胶粘剂,研究了聚硫橡胶与环氧树脂(ER)比例、甲组分处理温度及反应时间对胶粘剂剪切强度的影响。采用冲击实验检测固化产物的冲击强度,通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析增韧体系的微观形态结构特征。实验结果显示,mER∶m聚硫橡胶=8∶1、甲组分于160℃下反应2.5 h时,剪切强度达到23.8 MPa,剥离强度2.81 kN/m,冲击强度8.92 kJ/m2,胶粘剂的耐介质性能良好。SEM测试结果表明,聚硫橡胶对ER增韧作用明显。A room temperature curable two component epoxy resin (ER) adhesive toughened with polysulfide rubber was prepared. Influence of the weight ratio of ER to polysulfide rubber as well as the reaction temperature and reaction time of the first component on shearing strength was studied in detail. The morphology of the modified ER was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that when the weight ratio of ER to polysulfide rubber was 8: 1 and the first component reacted for 2.5 h at 160 ℃ ,the shearing strength, peeling strength and impact energy of the adhesive reached 23.8 MPa,2.81 kN/m and 8.92 kJ/m^2, respectively ,and the medium-resistan was excellent. SEM result indicated that polysulfide rubber toughened ER remarkably.
