摘　　要：以蔗糖代替甲醛,在酸性条件下合成了蔗糖间苯二酚树脂胶粘剂。利用红外光谱(IR)对合成树脂的结构进行了分析,通过正交实验获得了该树脂合成的最佳反应条件:溶液pH值=4,n蔗糖∶n间苯二酚=1.5∶1,反应温度105℃,反应时间4 h;同时对树脂的固化条件进行了优化。Under an acid condition, an adhesive based on sucrose-resorcin resin was prepared successfully by using sucrose instead of formaldehyde, The structure of the resin was characterized by IR spectrometry, and through orthogonal experiment,the optimum condi- tions of the reaction were gained：the pH value is 4,the molar ratio of sucrose to resorcin is 1.5： 1 ,the reaction temperature is 105 ℃, and the reaction time is 4 h. The curing reaction of the resin was also studied through orthogonal experiment.
