摘 要:目的观察不同剂量低强度He-Ne激光大鼠鼻腔照射对美解眠惊厥阈值的影响。方法雄性Wister大鼠50只随机分为5组,分别给予1,0、2,0、3,0、4,0、5.0mW低强度He-Ne激光照射鼻腔,照射前、后分别进行美解眠惊厥实验,比较照射前后美解眠惊厥剂量。结果1.0~3.0mW He-Ne激光照射前、后美解眠惊厥剂量差异无统计学意义;4.0~5.0mW He-Ne激光照射后美解眠惊厥剂量显著增加。结论4.0~5.0mW He-Ne激光鼻腔照射,美解眠惊厥阔值提高,采取该剂量可能有抗痫作用。实验结果为低强度He-Ne激光治疗癫痫选择剂量提供了实验性指导。Objective To investigate the effect of low power He-Ne laser irradiation in nasal cavity in different doses on megimide convulsant threshold in rats. Methods Fifty Wistar rats were divided randomly into 5 groups. The nasal cavity was irradiated by 1.0,2. 0,3. 0,4. 0,5. 0mW He-Ne laser respectively. Megimide convulsion experiment was completed before irradiation and after irradiation separately. Megimide convulsant doses before irradiation and after irradiation were compared. Results Megimide convulsant doses after irradiation were statisiticully higher than those before irradiation when the nasal cavity was irradiated by 4.0 and 5.0mW He-Ne laser, while there was no statisticntly difference with 1. 0,2. 0 and 3. 0mW. Conclusion Megimide convulsant threshold was increased after irradiated with 4.0 and 5.0mW He-Ne laser,which is suggested to be an effective role in anti-convulsion or anti-epilepsy. This result might provide an experimental guide for selecting appropriate dose for treating epilepsy with low power He-Ne laser irradiation.
