纤维素复合酶在秸秆饲喂奶牛中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：以玉米秸秆为粗饲料饲喂奶牛,研究添加纤维素复合酶对奶牛的生产性能的影响效果。结果表明:试验期内,试验组和对照组相比标准乳量提高了63.03%(P<0.01),平均乳脂率提高了18.29%(P<0.05);试验组奶牛粪中NDF和ADF的排出量和表观消化率与对照组相比,差异极显著(P<0.01),DM的排出量和表观消化率差异显著(P<0.05),而CP的排出量和表观消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of cellulase - preparation enzyme on production performance of lactating cow which were feeded with corn straw. The results showed that the treatment group showed better growth milk - yield （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and its average milk - fat percentage （P 〈0. 05 ） than the control group. The excretion of NDF and ADF and apparent digestibili- ty of the treatment group were significant from that of the control group （P 〈0. 01 ） . The excretion of DM and apparent digestibility of the treatment group were significant from that of the control group （P 〈0. 05） ,but excretion of CP was not significant from that of the control group（P 〉0. 05）.
