摘　　要：综述了维生素K的生理功能、应用领域及生产工艺,并介绍了维生素K在国内外的生产现状及发展方向。The physiological function , application fields and production processes of vitamin K are reviewed, and the domestic and abroad current market situation and developmental direction of vitamin K are introduced in this paper.
