摘　　要：苯酐酯化法测定聚醚多元醇羟值,一般按照GB/T12008.3-1989提供的方法进行测定。该标准要求对同一样品的平行测试结果,重复性相对误差≤1%,再现性≤1.5%。但在生产实际中,这样的测试结果已不太能够适应当前的需要,探讨了降低聚醚多元醇羟值测定误差的方法,以期对提高实际生产过程中羟值测定的准确度有所裨益。Mensuration of hydroxyl value of polyether polyol by way of esterification is generally conducted according to methods given by GB/T12008.3-1989. In GB/T12008. 3-1989, relative repeatability error should be ≤1%, reproducibility error ≤1.5%, as for the results of parallel tests for the same samples. As this kind of test results ean not meet the needs of present manufaeturing practice, the paper treats methods of reducing mensuration errors of hydroxyl value of polyether polyol in the hope of improving the accuracy of mensuration of hydroxyl value in practical production process.
