摘　　要：巨灾都是多因强化的结果。研究发现,上一个太平洋年代际冷相位期华北7级以上大震频发,且巨洪亦频发,在暖相位期以上两种巨灾几乎没有。All of catastrophes are resulted from strengthening of multiple factors. The study shows that during the period of last cold phase of the pacific decadal oscillation, both large earthquakes with magnitude equal to or greater than 7 and large floods took place frequently in the north China. But during the warm phase of that, above-mentioned two kinds of disasters are almost absent.
