摘　　要：目的：了解我院门诊输液药物不合理应用情况。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，随机抽查我院2005-2007年门诊输液处方。根据临床药理学知识及文献资料，对不合理输液处方进行统计、分析。结果：共审核处方81172张，分别存在溶媒不当、给药方案不合理、药物联用不当、重复用药等问题。结论：我院门诊输液处方存在不舍理之处，亟待规范。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the irrational use of the infused drugs in our out-patient clinic. METHODS： In this retrospective study, the infusion prescriptions in our outpatient clinic from 2005 to 2007 were randomly selected for a statistical analysis of the irrational ones based on our knowledge on clinical pharmacology and literature. RESULTS： The problems manifested by the total 81 172 prescriptions were unsuitable solvent, improper dosage regimen, irrational drug combination and repeated drug of medicines etc. CONCLUSION： The use of infused antibiotics in our out- patient clinic were rational on the whole, however, there were some problems which remain to be solved and improved.
