镀铜液中焦磷酸盐及正磷酸盐的示波极谱连续测定

摘　　要：介绍了交流示波极谱法测定焦磷酸盐镀铜液中焦磷酸盐及正磷酸盐含量的新方法。采用汞膜电极、钨电极下的配位滴定法，以EDTA、醋酸锌、硫酸镁为标准溶液，连续测定镀铜液中的焦磷酸盐及正磷酸盐的含量。方法简便、快速，终点直观，结果准确。New method of continuously determinating conte11t of pyrophosphate and orthophosphate in pyrophosphate Cu plating soln.by ac oscilloscopic polarog1,aphy is stated.Coordination titration is used with mercury membrane electrode and wolfram one as u orking and reference electrodes respec-tively.Standard soln.consists of EDTA,zinc acetate and magnesium sulfate.Proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate with audio-visual end point.
