水处理用二氧化氯制备新工艺的研究

摘　　要：以往水处理工业所用ＣｌＯ２因其用量少而以亚氯酸钠为原料制备，因其成本高而限制了ＣｌＯ２的大规模应用。我们以氯酸钠为原料，以有机酸Ａ为还原剂，制得纯度高达９８％～９９％的ＣｌＯ２纯水溶液和稳定性ＣｌＯ２，产率为９０％。讨论了吸收方式、还原剂用量和温度对ＣｌＯ２产率及纯度的影响，并对稳定机理作了探讨。本工艺成本低，为水处理工业大规模应用ＣｌＯ２提供了方便。By using sodium chlorate and acid A as raw materials, the preparation of chlorine dioxide through oxidation-reduction processes,the influences of various factors on the reaction are disscussed, and the preferential conditions are obtained. The reaction is carried out under mild conditions without waste acid,and the yield of chlorine dioxide can reach 90%, the purity can reach 98%～99%
