摘　　要：目前,许多国家的健康保险机构和卫生保健系统都在推行药物处方集制度。处方集可分为国家、社区、医院以及各种医疗保险药品计划处方集。构建医院药品处方集系统可以降低药品费用、提高处方质量。笔者在吸收和借鉴国外相关政策和经验方法的基础上,提出了构建医院药品处方集系统的10项具体原则。Health insurance organizations and health care systems in many countries have initiated drug prescription formula system. Prescription formula includes national, community and hospital and health insurance drug scheme levels. It can contribute to lower drug expense and increase prescription quality. We proposed ten detailed principles about hospital drug prescription formula system based on other countries＇ experience and policies of prescription formula.
