摘　　要：目的:探讨CT导引下经皮穿刺治疗女性盆腔脓肿的疗效及价值。方法:对20例女性盆腔脓肿患者,采用CT作为导向设备进行穿刺、抽脓、冲洗、注入抗生素治疗,对其疗效进行分析。结果:穿刺成功率100%;治愈19例,治愈率为95%;有效1例,占5%。结论:CT导引下经皮穿刺治疗女性盆腔脓肿是行之有效的方法。Objective：To evaluate the curative effect and value of treating the abscess of female pelvic by CT-guided percutaneous puncture. Methods：20 female patients with pelvic abscess were cured by CT-guided puncture, drawing pus, douching, infusing the antibiotic. The curative effect was analyzed. Result：The puncture achievement ratio was 100%.19 patients were cured. The cure rate was 95%. The effective power was 5% according to another one patient. Conclusion：Curing the abscess of female pelvic by CT-guided percutaneous puncture is an effective treatment.
