摘　　要：The ministry of Finance and State Tax Bureau declared it will adjust the export rebate rate of some goods recently. Some textiles and garments＇ export rebale rate has risen from 11% to 13%. The rebate rate of some bamboo products has risen to 11%. This is great news/br the textile industry which needs to become more competitive.
