摘　　要：和谐,是人类生存发展的永恒主题,人类的生存离不开和谐,人类的发展离不开和谐。和谐理念是人类普遍的价值观和行为准则,是人类共同的精神财富。那么,怎样的社会才是和谐的社会?或者说,和谐社会赖以存在的基础是什么?文章考察了和谐的渊源、特点,然后从经济发展、社会治理等方面探讨了如何构建社会和谐。Harmony is the eternal theme of human survival and development. Human can live without harmony, and development can not be separated from harmony. The idea of harmony is human＇s general value and code of conduct, and it is also common spiritual wealth of human. So, what kind of society is harmonious society？ Or in other words, what bases do the harmonious society rely on？ The article studied the origin and the meaning of harmony, then researched how to build a social harmony, from economic development, social governance and other aspects
