摘　　要：目的:对胶体金标法(GICA)与磁粒子捕获免疫发光法(ICA)联合测定血β-HCG进行分析和探讨。方法:预先用胶体金标法对检测β-HCG的血清标品进行分组。然后根据上述浓度级别分组检测血清β-HCG的浓度。结果:胶体金标法和磁粒子捕获免疫发光法联合测定血β-HCG,既可大大节约昂贵的ICA试剂,又能快速发出检验报告。结论:该方法给医院及患者带来了非常可观的经济效益。Objective： To analyze and detect the determination of serum β-HCG with colloidal gold-labeled assay（GLIA） and magnetic particle capture immunochemical luminescent assay （ICA）. Methods： The colloidal gold-labeled assay was first employed to determine the serum β-HCG concentration, then they were divided randomly according to the results, and then the corresponding concentrations of serum β-HCG were detected. Results： The combination of colloidal gold-labeled assay and magnetic particle capture immunochemical luminescent assay being used to determine the serum β-HCG could considerably save the expensive ICA agent, and also could give a test report quickly. Conclusion： The combined assay makes a considerable economic return not only to hospitals but also to patients.
