倍增差示法测定复方氯霉素酊的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定复方氯霉素酊中氯霉素和间苯二酚含量的方法。方法:采用倍增差示法,测定波长为274nm、278nm。结果:氯霉素和间苯二酚的线性范围分别为4～20μg/ml(r=0.9999)和8～40μg/ml(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.81%(RSD=0.31%)和100.3%(RSD=0.45%)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可作为该制剂中两种成分的含量测定方法。Objective：To establish a method tor determination of chloramphemcol and resorcmol m Compound Chloramphenicol Tincture. Methods：With the wavelengths of 274 nm and 278 nm as determinable points,multlplication subtractive method was used. Results ：The linear ranges were 4-20 μg/ml （r=-0.999 9）for chloramphenicol and 8-40 μg/ml （r=0.999 9）for resorcinol, respectively.The average recoveries were 99.81% （RSD=0.31%）and 100.3% （RSD=0.45%）, respectively. Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate, and could be used for the determination of two constituents in Compound Chloramphenicol Tincture.
