摘　　要：目的:制备甲磺酸帕珠沙星软膏并建立其质量控制方法。方法:以甘油、凡士林等为基质制备软膏,采用高效液相色谱法测定其中主药含量,测定波长为249nm。结果:甲磺酸帕珠沙星检测浓度在20.0～80.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.17%(RSD=1.43%,n=3)。结论:本方法简便﹑准确﹑重现性好,可用于甲磺酸帕珠沙星软膏的质量控制。Objective：To prepare complex prescription of Pazutloxacin Mesilate Ointmen and according control method was established. Methods：Glycerol and cosmolin was used as matrix to prepare ointmen. Levels of Pazufloxacin mesilate were determined by HPLC at the wavelength of 249 nm. Results：A iinear calibration curve for assay of Pazufloxacin mesilate was obtained in the range of 20.0-80.0 μg/ml （r=0.999 9） and the average recovery was 98.17% （RSD=1.43% ,n=3）. Conclusion：Formation technique is simple and quality can be controled ,thus deserving to be popularized.
