摘　　要：长期以来,我国煤炭开采中矸石直接出井,引起的污染问题越来越突出,极大地阻碍了环境与经济的协调发展。阐述了控制矸石出井,综合利用现用矸石,减少矸石对土地的占用,减轻环境污染的具体实施方案,具有巨大的社会效益和经济效益。For a long time,waste rock is directly raised from wells in our country. The problem of causing the contamination concern is more and more prominent. This greatly hindered the environment and the coordinated economic development. Expounds the specific implementation plan, such as control gangue to raise from wells, comprehensive utilization existing gangue ,reducing gangue occupancy land, lessening environmental pollution, brings the significant social efficiency and the economic efficiency.
