摘　　要：同位素质谱计主要由MAT和VG公司生产的两大系列构成，在我国的众多同位素实验室中90％以上装备的是MAT系列同位素质谱计，随着计算机技术的普及和提高，以及同位素分析新方法的需要，特别是仪器运行多年，数字控制部分的故障率不断提高，使得质谱工作者迫切需要了解和掌握其软件控制技术，本文拟结合仪器的控制电路，以测控程序实例，对MAT系列同位素质谱计软件控制技术进行较为深入的分析，运用软件对数字电路故障进行分析，并对测控软件进行局部修改，以满足应用需要。The paper described the analysis of the control and measure software of MAT isotope mass spectrometer; introduced the instruction codes of GPIB interface,explained the application of the codes OUTPUT and ENTER in detail;introduced the control process of the software in some examples and showed some subprograms of controls and measures to the MAT261. It will be helpful to the technician of MAT isotope mass spectrometer.
