摘　　要：随着高职院校图书馆事业的迅速发展,越来越多的图书馆面临人员不足的现实,从而产生借助勤工俭学学生力量辅助管理的现象,图书馆工作人员应就规范高职院校图书馆勤工俭学工作的操作管理作初步探讨。With the rapid development of the librarianship in the high vocational college, more and more librarians are needed. Hence, the self-ssupportings-study students are appeared to aid the library in daily management for the above account. We should approach the standard management flow provided to the self-support-study students in the high vocational college.
